I am a single mom, first time homebuyer, lower income, with not very much to work with in mortgage approval amount. The properties I could afford where not in the location that I wanted. We were hitting some brick walls but she didn't give up. The lender I started out with was vetoing everything we came up with. Cristy connected me with a more positive one. Because she was watching she caught a property coming back on the market after the first deal fell through and she grabbed it for me. She, and her also terrific lender, negotiated to have a bad floor replaced by the seller, adjusted the closing date when I needed it and kept on the seller to make sure I got everything that was agreed upon. She is also a great lady, friendly and available when ever I contacted her. She answered all of my questions and put my mind at ease throughout the whole process. I highly recommend her!
